Public consultation fora to gauge views on putting in place a regulatory framework for property management industry
The Government has published a consultation document on "Putting in Place a Regulatory Framework for Property Management Industry" to gauge public views on introducing regulation to the property management industry. The consultation period will end on March 15, 2011.
To consult the public, the Government will hold four public consultation fora. Details are as follows: -
First Public Consultation Forum (Hong Kong Island and Islands)
Date: February 1 (Tuesday)
Time: 6:30 - 8:00pm
Venue: Lecture Theatre, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
Second Public Consultation Forum (New Territories West)
Date: February 14 (Monday)
Time: 6:30 - 8:00pm
Venue: Cultural Activities Hall, Tsuen Wan Town Hall, 72 Tai Ho Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories
Third Public Consultation Forum (Kowloon)
Date: February 21 (Monday)
Time: 6:30 - 8:00pm
Venue: Lecture Hall,Hong Kong Science Museum, 2 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon
Fourth Public Consultation Forum (New Territories East)
Date: February 25 (Friday)
Time: 6:30 - 8:00pm
Venue: Theatre, Hong Kong Heritage Museum, 1 Man Lam Road, Sha Tin, New Territories
Those who are interested may register by phone (8108 8169) from today until two working days before each forum. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
