“BM Link” - Building Management Seminar cum New Year Tea Reception

      On 12 March 2016, the Home Affairs Department (HAD) organised a building management seminar cum new year tea reception for the “BM Link”. Dr Johnnie CHAN Chi-kau, BBS, JP, Chairman of the Education and Training Committee of the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies, was invited to speak on the duties and services of property management companies on building management and the future development of property management.

Mr Franco KWOK Wai-fan, Assistant Director of HAD, gave a speech at the event.

Dr Johnnie CHAN Chi-kau introduced the duties and services of property management companies on building management and the future development of property management.

Participants listened to the talk attentively.
