“BM Link” – Building Management Seminar

On 30 October 2020, the Home Affairs Department organised a building management seminar for the “BM Link” members. Mr Philip KWAN, representative of the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers, was invited as the guest speaker to give a talk on third party risks insurance for owners' corporations.
