“BM Link” – New Year Tea Reception cum Building Management Seminar

On 16 March 2019, the Home Affairs Department (HAD) organised a New Year tea reception cum building management seminar for the “BM Link”. Mr Graham LUI, Engineer (General Legislation) of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department and Mr Kenneth KWAN, Assistant Manager (Building Rehabilitation) of the Urban Renewal Authority, were invited as guest speakers to introduce the Lift Modernisation Subsidy Scheme.

The guest speakers Mr Graham LUI and Mr Kenneth KWAN introduced the Lift Modernisation Subsidy Scheme.

The guest speakers and participants exchanged views after the seminar.
