“BM Link” – New Year Tea Reception cum Building Management Seminar

On 18 February 2017, the Home Affairs Department (HAD) organised a new year tea reception cum building management seminar for the “BM Link”. Mr Frank WAN, Council Member of the Hong Kong Mediation Centre, was invited to be the guest speaker on the mediation services for building management disputes. Three accredited mediators were also invited to give a demonstration of mediation.

Miss Vega WONG, Assistant Director of HAD, delivered a speech at the event.
