A Workshop on Resolving Building Management Disputes through Mediation was organised on 26 March 2014 for the BM Link and Resident Liaison Ambassadors. Mr Simon LEE, Deputy Law Officer (Civil Law) of the Department of Justice was invited to speak on mediation service and Mr LAU Ka-ming and Ms Kimmie KWONG, Accredited Mediators of the Hong Kong Mediation Centre, were invited to speak on the application of mediation in building management, mediation cases and the Voluntary Community Mediation Service Scheme.
