"BM Link" - Workshop on Building Maintenance

A Workshop on Building Maintenance was organized on 18 June 2013 for the BM Link with Mr Nelson HO, Past President and Past Director of Research of the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management, and Mr CHEUNG Chin-kit, Acting Chief Corruption Prevention Officer of the Independent Commission Against Corruption as guest speakers. Topics of the workshop included identification of maintenance items, collection of costs of works, selection and appointment of Authorised Persons for coordination of works and maintenance contractors, prevention of tender rigging, supervision of works and financial status, and preventive measures against corruption in building maintenance.
