Building Management (Amendment) Ordinance 2024

"The Building Management (Amendment) Bill 2023" was passed by the Legislative Council on 4 July 2024. "The Building Management (Amendment) Ordinance 2024" was published in the gazette on 12 July 2024 and will come into operation on 13 July 2025.
