Integrated Building Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme
Urban Renewal Authority (URA) launched an all-in-one "Integrated Building Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme"(IBRAS), providing financial assistance and technical support to building owners. Under the IBRAS, owners can simply complete one set of application forms for multiple applications by those who meet the eligibility criteria of the respective assistance schemes to carry out building and window repair works.
