Corruption Risks

Building management personnel should be aware of the following corruption risks -

• preferential treatment to contractors when selecting contractors or monitoring their performance;
• using false documents to facilitate embezzlement;
• allowing unauthorized parking or use of public areas;
• covering up staff's malpractice such as absence from duty, outside work or submission of false attendance/overtime records.
